The spraying gun is used to spray the surface of industrial aluminum profiles. The workpiece is placed on the production line, and then the pre-processing is performed to obtain an automatic electrostatic spraying primer, which is sprayed with an electrostatic spraying gun or a rotary cup.

Aluminum profile mold
The die shall be customized according to the drawing requirements. The aluminum profile die is the basic tool to ensure the product forming and accurate shape and size. The service life of the die is the decisive factor to evaluate the economic feasibility of a certain extrusion method or extrusion process.
The design and manufacturing quality of the die is one of the important guarantees for realizing extrusion production with high yield, high quality, low consumption, high efficiency and low cost.
The mold is made of steel H13. It is hardened by turning, CNC rough milling, heat treatment, and then CNC finish machining. The shape required by wire cutting is obtained by electric shock to obtain accurate graphic size and mold design requirements. Finally, it is assembled for material stamping.
