We have several production lines for bar casting, homogenization, profile extrusion, industrial profiles, etc. We are equipped with modern testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometer, hardness tester, oxide film thickness tester, brightness tester, etc. Our annual production capacity is over 250,000 tons.
Our factory has all kinds of CNC precision processing equipment, including lathes, precision milling machines, wire cutting machines, tapping machines, drilling machines, CNC computer gongs, etc. We can undertake most of the manufacturing of precision mechanical automation equipment, mechanical parts and hardware, and provide various surface treatments, such as anodic oxidation, sandblasting, anodic silver (natural color), anodic abrasive, bright, brushed, power coating, etc. Many colors are available, such as gold, bronze, wood grain, champagne, black and others. All sizes and colors can be customized by us. The tolerance of precision aluminum profile can reach ±0.02MM.
